Mrs. Radhika Kundur, has the distinction of being the First Independent Non Executive Woman Director on the board of Nettlinx Limited.

She is a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Kakatiya University and has a PG Diploma in Business Administration from BITE, University of East London, United Kingdom.

Ms.Radhika is 36 years and has over 10 years of extensive experience in Software , IT related risk management, requirements reviews, software metrics, quality and test plans, test designs and cases, change control and documentation & Business analysis.

In the backdrop of Progressive Organisations recognizing the importance of appointing directors of different ages , with various kinds of educational backgrounds & with distinct functional expertise , The gender diversity gap also got successfully filled with the strategic choice of Ms Radhika on to the Board . By virtue of her academic exposure in UK & IT domain experience in India , She brings that much needed fresh approach and a modern perspective helping the board for a broad based decision making.
